Children's Cancer Connection's Mission:
Since 1988, Children's Cancer Connection has worked diligently to enhance the quality of life for children and families affected by childhood cancer by providing programs for education, recreation and support.
The mission of IM4RM is to memorialize RM Traviss, and all of those who have battled cancer, by raising funds for Children’s Cancer Connection while training for Ironman Wisconsin 2012. Children’s Cancer Connection focuses their efforts on “enhancing the quality of life for children and families effected by childhood cancer by providing programs for education, recreation and support”, something we are very proud to be a part of. IM4RM founders Caleb Pike and Carl Noftsger will be training to become Ironmen, but racing for Caleb's Grandfather, those who have fought cancer and for every dollar we raise to bring hope and light to this great cause!

The May 2012 graduating class of RN's at North Iowa Area Community College has organized a fundraiser and bake sale to support Children's Cancer Connection. Many of the students have cared for pediatric cancer patients and they want to become more involved with CCC programs!

The IRONGLUT Spin-A-Thon and Century Challenge will benefit Children's Cancer Connection programs and services. The event will be held Sunday, March 4th from 8a.-2pm at Fitness World Ankeny. Registration and more information is available at IM4RM.com All participants who raise $300 (one Camp Heart Connection camper scholarship) or more will receive an IRONGLUT jersey!
